Growth Groups, Kids, & Youth

God never intended for us to do life alone. Growth Groups are a place to find a community, build relationships and grow deeper in your walk with God.

Our Growth Groups keep the Bible at the “core” of the curriculum while encouraging, caring, and challenging one another in a casual Christian atmosphere. The goal of our Growth Group Ministry is to create a setting for spiritual growth, connection, and ministry while helping people grow in their relationship with Jesus, making disciples as commanded in scripture (Matt.28:19).

Growth Groups are made up of 4-5 couples or 8-10 singles and is headed by two leaders. Our Groups meet each Sunday morning at 9:45 AM and throughout the week at various times and locations. There is something for everyone here. 

Children are the church of today and the heartbeat of this ministry. Refuge Kid’s is specifically for children who infants to 5th grade students. We believe it is crucial for children to build a foundation of faith and begin to form a growing relationship with Jesus Christ. By pouring love into the lives of our children, we prepare them for their walk with Christ.

The safety of your children is our top priority while they are in our care. We have many safety protocols in place to ensure this each week including thorough background checks and secure check-in and check-out procedures.

Here at The Refuge our dedicated Refuge Kid’s team is equipped to teach the love of Jesus Christ through exciting, enjoyable, interactive lessons that are perfect for children of all ages.

Our youth program is specifically for students 6th through 12th grade. This is a great place for your teen or preteen to experience intimate worship, connections with others, and interactive activities and truths from God’s Word that addresses real issues teens face each day. Youth meet each Sunday for Growth Group at 9:45 AM and Wednesday at 7:00 PM.
